Terms of Service

Lana reviews the profile text you provide, scores each section, and generates suggested rewrites and banner designs. Lana is a writing and editing tool. It does not act on your behalf on LinkedIn, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. One purchase unlocks one account.

When using Lana you agree not to:

• paste or upload text you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use Lana to create misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content;
• share, resell, or attempt to transfer your access to others;
• copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying app or models;
• interfere with the service or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide.

Full Access is a one-time payment of $99 (USD), taken securely through Stripe. Once your payment completes, your account is unlocked and you keep access to the features described at the time of purchase. Access codes issued by us unlock the same access without payment and are for the intended recipient only. We may change our pricing at any time, but a change will never affect access you have already paid for.

Lana's scores and rewrites are suggestions to help you improve your profile. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for the accuracy and content of anything you use. We do not guarantee any particular result, including views, engagement, interviews, job offers, or other outcomes. Nothing Lana produces is professional, career, or legal advice.

We own Lana, including the app, its design, and its underlying technology. You keep ownership of the text you paste in. Once your account is unlocked, you are free to use the rewrites Lana generates for you, for your own profile and professional purposes.

Full Access is a digital product delivered instantly and in full. All sales are final. Please see our Refunds Policy for the detail, including how we handle genuine billing errors.

We work to keep Lana available and working well, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or withdraw features, and we may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Lana is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, or reputation, arising from your use of the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
