Terms of Service

Lana ("the service") provides LinkedIn profile reviews, written rewrite suggestions, and LinkedIn background image tools. Suggestions are generated content and are provided as drafts for you to review, edit, and publish yourself.

Each account is for one person and one LinkedIn profile. When you subscribe or redeem an access code, the LinkedIn profile URL you provide is locked to your account and cannot be changed or reused by another account.

Accounts are single-seat. Signing in on a new device signs out older sessions. You may not share, sell, or lend your account or access codes to anyone else. We may suspend accounts that breach this.

Paid plans (Optimizer and Full Access) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next billing period.

You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, after which premium features are locked. Your saved profile drafts are not deleted.

Access codes are single-use and grant Full Access to the account that redeems them. Each code locks to the LinkedIn profile provided at redemption. Codes are non-transferable once redeemed and hold no cash value.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent another person's profile as your own
• Use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass seat, plan, or profile-locking controls
• Scrape, resell, or bulk-extract generated content

You retain all rights to the profile text you provide and the drafts you publish. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your content.

Lana provides writing assistance, not career advice. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome from using suggested content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time and will note the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to the support address shown in your account.
