• Account details: your email address and sign-in method
• Profile content: the LinkedIn profile text, answers, and drafts you provide
• Your LinkedIn profile URL, used to lock your account to one profile
• Billing details: handled by our payment provider; we store only your customer and subscription references, never your card number
• Technical data: a device identifier used to enforce single-seat access, plus standard logs

We use your data to:

• Generate profile scores, rewrite suggestions, and background images
• Save your drafts so you can return to them
• Enforce your plan, seat, and one-profile-per-account rules
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data or use your profile content to advertise to you.

To produce suggestions, your profile content is sent to our AI model providers for processing. Content is used only to generate your results and is not used to train models.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Lana: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, and our AI model providers. Each is bound by its own data protection terms.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated profile data at any time via the support address in your account. Billing records may be retained where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls in our database, and single-seat session enforcement. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time and will note the new date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email where practical.
